Yoga

In Flow’s yoga classes are suitable for all levels. The Broulee SLSC classes are Vinyasa flow classes where we will provide optional progressions for those wanting to spice things up. 

Typically, we will start with meditation/breathwork and build up to a peak pose or flow, followed by a relaxing cool down stretch to Savasana.

Pilates

Power pilates is a contemporary form of pilates that combines traditional pilates form-focused techniques with a fun, dynamic style. We use equipment such as dumbbells, pilates balls, rings and resistance bands to level up your burn.

Everything revolves around your ‘centre’ or deep core, which we can access by using a variety of props and funky flows for a low impact, high results workout.

One on one reformer pilates classes are available upon request.

Movement

With movement being our why, we aim to bring free movement fun and gatherings to the South Coast.
